Throughout the retreat, we worked extensively on shedding layers of shame, especially around pleasure. My perspective on pleasure has shifted dramatically, and I also gained a deeper appreciation for sacred sisterhood. It was the safest space I’ve ever been in to explore these vulnerable parts of myself, and the experience was truly transformative.
