Meet Aimee
A coach, facilitator, and decade-long student of the feminine path. She doesn't teach from above. She's in the trenches with you, willing to say the thing nobody else will say, with so much warmth that you can finally hear it.
I've been the woman who had it all handled.
The capable one. The one who could manage everything before anyone even had a chance to try. I was running on control and calling it strength.
And it cost me. In my relationships with men. In my friendships. In my body.
I didn't set out to teach this work. I needed this work. I still need this work. I am very much on this path.
What I've learned, through ten years of guiding women, through thousands of hours inside circles and couples sessions, through my own armor and what it's cost me, is that what we're all longing for lives on the other side of our armor. Not the side where everything is fine. The side where you finally let someone see you.
I've been in massive rooms and I've been in small circles. I've cried in front of women I barely knew. I've sat with couples who didn't know if they were going to make it. Every time, the thing that heals is the same. Someone willing to tell the truth.
That's what I'm here to do.
